DK111 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the DK111 platform at dk111.im, you enter into a legally binding agreement with DK111 and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you land on the website — not just when you register or make your first deposit.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to stop using the dk111 platform immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance. DK111 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and the updated version will always be available on this page with a revised date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of dk111 from Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible. They apply to all products offered on the platform including but not limited to the online casino, Teen Patti tables, PSL betting, esports betting, crash games, and the VIP Club.

To place bets, play games, or make financial transactions on dk111, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. By registering, you make the following representations to dk111:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (Easypaisa/JazzCash); Rs 500 (NayaPay/SadaPay); Rs 1,000 (IBFT/Card).
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted unless an exception has been pre-approved by the support team.
• DK111 does not charge deposit fees on Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay transactions. IBFT transfers may incur your bank's standard fee. Card transactions may attract a network processing fee of 1–2%.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rs 500,000. Monthly limit: Rs 2,000,000. VIP members at Platinum tier and above have increased or unlimited withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously linked to your account. DK111 will never send funds to a new, unverified payment destination without additional security verification.
• A one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number is required to authorise all withdrawal requests.
• DK111 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. These are target times — actual completion depends on payment provider availability and may occasionally vary.

DK111 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP Club benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed clearly at the time the offer is presented. General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly — they must first be converted to real money through the required wagering activity.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All non-live digital games on dk111 use a certified Random Number Generation system that has been independently tested and audited. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by dk111, the player, or any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk111. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using someone else's identity, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live tables or in any multiplayer game context to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or exploiting any technical vulnerability in promotion mechanics.
• Money Laundering: Using dk111's deposit and withdrawal system to process funds from illegal sources. DK111 cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation related to suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after funds have been used for wagering. Any chargeback that is found to be fraudulent will result in account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

• Player-requested self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.

In cases of account closure due to verified rule violations, dk111 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money deposits that were not obtained through any prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method.

DK111 will acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and provide a resolution or explanation within 10 business days.

DK111 processes all disputes in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Where a player and dk111 cannot reach agreement through the internal dispute process, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a player from exercising any statutory consumer rights they may hold under the laws of their home jurisdiction.
